Hi . I’ve attached a link below to a post that was started for too chemo tips which might help you. I’ve not had folfox but I had xelox/capox which includes oxaliplatin which carries quite a few side effects covered in the post.

I worked throughout my chemo and apart from the actual infusion day I only missed one and that was due to how sore my arm was from the IV - once I had the picc line then I was fine. This was pre COVID but the office put hand sanitisers on everyone’s desks and asked anyone with a cold to stay well away from me!
Its worth keeping a diary as to how you’re feeling each day. It acts as a good reminder when you see the nurses each time and you also might find that a bit of a routine develops so you might feel lousy the day after your IV but then pick up a bit. It might be that you feel pretty good on your ‘week off’ so can plan some nice treats or maybe work some extra hours if you’ve had to have some time off?
Everyone reacts differently to chemo so it’s hard to have plans set in stone and some of the side effects can be cumulative - hopefully your employers will just be glad to have you back and will accommodate your needs where necessary. I found working to be a good distraction and helped me feel like life was getting back to ‘normal’ a bit.
Hope it all goes well for you
Take care
