Hi @Bop. I’m afraid it depends on a few things. If you’re having chemo then they often wait until after that is finished. They will check that the join is sound and secure by giving you a scan with contrast up your bottom! Unfortunately reversals are probably not a priority at the minute but having said that, they are quite quick to do (in comparison to your LAR) so my surgeon liked to use it as a filler in between the larger ops.
