Well I rang out of hours on Saturday to be told if gets worse go to A&E or ring my GP Monday, so I rang GP today to see if results back . And no they are not , I've been given a script for constipation as prunes not worked ( thought I'd try natural first, good thing about long covid for me is i can't taste much ) . So I've been told to ring gp end of this week beginning of next if I still not heard anything . It will be 3 weeks this Thursday since I had my colonoscopy . Fed up .
That would be a month after biopsy then ?
That sounds a long time to me ! Given the situation you have found yourself in with your daughter I can totally understand that your coping mechanisms would be exhausted!
I think a wee email explaining your situation to the unit might speed things up a bit !
Take care ,

Hi
Do you have a secretary number attached to the letter for your colonoscopy? You could phone or email and ask them if they could find out for you when they will be available and explain the stress you have been under .
