Just to let you know the results are back from the surgery and it looks like the node was removed completely. Cancer was confirmed within the node and it was related to the original bowel cancer, but it was contained and not trying to break out of the node. This is the best news we could hope for.
Got a follow up appointment with his oncologist in a few weeks time.
But for now we are happy and can focus to enjoy our wedding without “waiting for the results hanging over our heads”

Cure is what we are aiming for but contained is good better than spread!
although I do wonder what his next step will be though. Would you have any ideas?
