Hi everyone, Im sat here posting on here because I just can’t sleep from 3.30am onwards! And I've been like this from having my op back in February.. . I wake up milling things over in my mind, the doctors given me antidepressants which I take in the evening and they do work in that I can get to sleep but staying asleep is another matter, just wondering if anyone else as this trouble. Xxx
I am with you. I wake too most of the night but especially 3.00am onwards.
Have you come across Deborah James? Aka: Bowelbabe?
On her Instagram page I noticed that she had set up a 3.00am club!! We are not alone and whilst it's not ideal, I am trying to just go with it.
Thinking of you at Cat lou . The breast cancer forum have an “ Awake thread” and would be happy for you to chat if you find yourself in need of some distraction .
I think a lot of people here are doing the night shift ! Over the years I have seen a lot of posts that have been written in the night ! Not easy at all and a lonely time too !
Take care ,

Sleeping !! It's my husband who has sleeping problems since my diagnosis. He puts his radio and headphones on, them drops off. I sleep all night, in fact I find it takes a while to wake properly. But I don't nap in the day.
Bowel baby gives very good advise and is an inspiration on her journey with cancer
