I had open surgery for small bowel cancer in November 2020.
Having a alot of itching / irritation around abdominal scar.
Clothing really aggravates it.
I am useing bio oil.
Is there anything else i can use / do to calm the scar ?

Oh my yes!! Get an aloe vera plant and rub the aloe on it, it's absolute magic. A nurse asked me the other day how many years it had been since my surgery and was completely floored when I told her it was in February 
Don't bother buying the gel etc, just a plant.
