Hi, hopefully someone can help ? completed chemo about 4 months ago but been having a lot of joint pain in ankles,knees, wrists and elbows, had the result from blood test today but the GP said its not the chemo or arthritis however side effects of Xeloda can be joint pain but i was told by GP that would only be during treatment, anyone had this ?

Over the years some people do report joint pain post treatment ! Have you had the opportunity to talk to your oncologist about it ? . I think they may be more familiar with it and the mechanics of why it occurs ! Other primaries report musculoskeletal issues after treatment too ! I think your oncologist might be able to give you more insight .
