I'm doing the SafeFit trial too, I've found it really helpful. I'll be moving onto monthly sessions soon, I'll really miss the weekly sessions.

Salis That’s encouraging! I start mine in a couple of weeks. It was supposed to start before my surgery but that was brought forward. I’m looking forward to getting some direction on getting back to my previous level of fitness!
