Just checking to see if we are all finding our way around the site .
I have been through a few platform changes over the years here and it always takes me time to adjust .
Hope you are all ok and keeping well .

Hi Peacock62 Great to see your name pop up too ! I have been thinking about you .
I think if you go into the group section at the top of the page you select cancer type or cancer experience. Stoma care is in cancer experience and I am going to ask for it to be linked again at the bottom of this page ! Then you join I think on that page . Maybe the plus sign ! I will find out if that’s wrong ! So bear with me . The plus sign is also how to start a topic .
The device you use seems to matter and also clearing cookies from the old site !
My husband is finding it slightly amusing that I am even making suggestions about a platform as I spend most of my time trying to get help from technical people in the house ! However with my phone this has settled quite quickly but others are having more issues on laptops etc !
I will also link in some info pages !
thanks for everyone’s patience.

Hi Peacock62
Thats is incorrect , after you use the home page and select cancer experience or types you scroll down to the group you want to join , after you have selected it a black box appears at the bottom of the screen and says you have to be a member to participate and you click it to join that group . The arrow is to start a topic which you need to join first !
Hope that makes it easier ! If not I will screen shot it and add it .
Take care ,

Hi Court
i should have known you are a fellow Glaswegian! You are so friendly and caring in all your messages to everyone. We are known to be friendly people and that sums up you! I haven’t been up to Glasgow this year due to Covid, I have only got my sister, brother and their families left now to visit back home as my mum and dad have both passed away a few years ago. I still love Glasgow and miss it lots, I moved down to North Wales many years ago and that’s where I have raised my children. You never know we may get to meet some day on one of my visits to Glasgow that would be great! Hope your mum enjoyed her wee break!

Hi VickiLynne. Same here, but I can log in on my ipad but not read or answer any comments apart from the first one. But I can send private messages on the ipad and receive them. Sticking with my laptop for comments like this one, but I really think I need a new ipad. It must be about 8 years old and had been well used.
