The M0 indicates the cancer has not spread to other parts of the body - which is good news.
Not sure what the V0 & R0 are as I just had T4N2M0, I would give them a call to check the meaning or ask at your next appointment, they are both zero which sounds good but ask to be sure.

Hi , the V0 means there is no vascular invasion, ie no cancer cells are detectable in the blood supply . I think the R is something about residual tumour but don't really know . As it is 0 it is probably nothing to worry about. Hope that helps.
