Hi all, I hope you are all keeping safe.
Could I ask your advice please. I had a colon cancer op, full hysterectomy and other bladder work done. I also have a Ileostomy. I came out of hospital in December 2019, It looks like all the cancer was removed. But should I still be careful and self isolate due to the coronavirus. Am I at risk? I'm back at work working full time/deskjob
Lots of Love .....
Hi JulieH247
Great to hear you are doing well .
One of our members has provided this link www.acas.org.uk for guidance to workers .
www.Gov.uk gives information in detail about who is regarded as vulnerable. Basically is you were called for the Flu jab this year you are classed by the government to be in that group . Not too long since your surgery. You could always give your GP a phone to clarify but I think you should check it out .
But really positive you are doing so well .
take care ,
