Ghost Poo turned into a micro poo

Hi everybody

I had my operation in October last year and have a temporary illostomy, Occasionally I have felt like I have needed a poo so have sat on the toilet to get rid of the feeling , I've always called ia ghost poo I have had stomach ache the last few days and have just had that feeling again but this time a small poo came out is this normal it's freaked me out a bit

Yes it is normal, the remains of the large bowel which has been bypassed by the ileostomy still produce some mucus and dead cells which can gather in the lower section and be passed occasionally.

Aww thanks that's put my mind at rest as didn't want to call as they must be overly busy at the moment
