I hope this is ok to share?.......a member of the Bowel cancer uk forum has raised a post about those who have died with Bowel cancer in the last year and is going to draw up a list of names and he is going to light a candle this evening in remembrance. Other members are joining him in lighting a candle too tonight.
below is a copy of his post, maybe it is something that members of this forum might like to consider joining in with it to. In remembrance & Hope.
Please join me on Monday evening (30 December) in lighting a candle of remembrance and hope.
In REMEMBRANCE of those we’ve lost to cancer over the past year and in HOPE that the wonderful advances in treating cancer continue so more and more of us can defy the odds.
HI process it's always nice to read that someone is willing to do something like this and I thought that I would add the link here for Candles of remembrance and hope in case anyone wanted to join in over the bowel cancer uk forum.
It should be noted that the author of the post is not our own GBear but someone who uses the screen name of bear G.
Are you suggesting that own members do something similar in this forum in support.
Thanks for bringing this the groups attention.
Regards
Ian
Hi Ian
thank you for providing the link I’m not good at doing that and didn’t want to ask as wasn’t sure it was allowed.
i think that either on here or on the other site is good it gives members a choice and we can never have too much hope or thinking of others can we
Best wishes and thanks
process xx
