Hi all,
After some advice.
In OCTOBER 23 I was diagnosed with bowl cancer stage 3, to cut a long storey short i had six rounds of chemo, an operation to remove the tumour and then another 6 rounds of chemo , this ended in May 24 and I got the all clear with my scan.
Today I had a routine colonoscopy part of my 5 year plan, I was told I have another tumour , waiting on scan.
I cannot believe this has happened to quick, has anyone else had a similar experience .
Thank you X
Hi, no experience of this as just having initial treatment, but just wanted say am so sorry you are dealing with this again!
That does seem so quick. Were any polyps mentioned first time around that could have become this tumour?
Hope you get answers very soon x
I had my routine colonoscopy on Monday first since my last scan in May after my op and chemo, got all clear.
This morning they called and wanted to do CT this morning which I went too, 2 ours later they called to say the consultant and team wil see me this Friday morning to discuss tumour and the biopsies they took, so all super fast.
Just shocked as I feel fine, and so soon after all clear.
Thank youXX
At least you're being seen super quick. Mine was like that. Scary though. Wish you all the best for tomorrow x
