Can a 3mm polyp be cancerous within 2 years? I had a sigmoidoscopy 2 years ago and the discovered a polyp 3mm in size. I had an anal exam by my GP and they discovered a mass. Not sure if it's the polyp that's grown.
Hi stevey welcome to the forum. This could be absolutely anything and it would be wrong of me to even speculate. I'm.assuming that the GP has referred you to the hospital for further tests/examinations etc,? That seems to be the most sensible way forward and we will be thinking of you..
