My son has coletectal cancer and is meeting the surgeon tomorrow for his results Will he get a treatment plan
Hi Rosie
good news it hasn’t spread and they will start chemo or radiotherapy before surgery.
my husband and I have the meeting with the surgeon tomorrow for the plan for his treatment.
really frightening having these meeting but when you have a plan I hope it will be less scary.
thinking if you and sending best wishes.
always here for a chat x
I do feel less anxious and he seems brighter too thanks for your reply hope things go well tomorrow ok
Hi Rosie
my husband is having stoma op next week then chemo for 3-6 months before main surgery.
We were told side effects were nausea, diarrhoea. Stomach cramps and pins and needles but I think it actually depends on the type of chemo.
He was told he wouldn’t lose his hair
my husband is stage 3 I guess it depends on staging.
Keep in touch x
