I have been signed off after 4 years, after having colonoscopy, but daily continue to have, I can’t say that it is runny, but more like rabbit poo escaping, which i don’t seem to have any control over, sorry for the primitive way to describe it, but wondered if any one else has these symptoms.

Is what your describing a recent change the control and consistency, or has it been that way for the 4 years?
If you still have access to you colorectal nursing team they maybe able to refer you to colorectal physio to try and improve anal muscle behaviour.
Have you had a chat with your GP as a general healthcheck may also help?
