Grants for house renovation cancer surviver

I am 2 times cancer survivor,who has had part of his bowl removed .l want to know which sort of grant I may get to make my house suitable for my living and mobility needs. I tried various options but no gain. I am 71 yrs old very frail regd disabled patient.

I hope someone will come forward and help me ASAP.

What type of adaptation do you require . Some local authorities do adaptation grants after the occupational therapist has assessed your needs . Have you had any type of assessment yet ?
