Just finished my first round of Folfox , so far so good , feel a bit wobbly ( and I’m very pale apparently ) I have a massive wobble this morning in the way to the hospital , got myself in a right state , Im ok now glad to get the first one done , onwards and upwards , just hope the side effects are not too bad

Hi, can I ask how many you are getting. I’m meeting with oncology tomorrow for a consultation as got my biopsy results on Tuesday. It’s not my first rodeo but it’s 10 years since my last and I’m sure maybe treatments have changed in that time or maybe not. It was adjuvant treatment I had 10 years ago oxiliplatin and a tablet beginning with C can’t remember the name now.

Hi there, I’ve been told I’m having 6 cycles , treatment every two weeks , sorry to hear you’ve got to go through this again , hope it all works out for you

Was it capox.oxaliplatin infusion and capecitabine tablets?

It was Oxaliplatin infusion then Capecitabine chemo tablets for 3 weeks. Least I got 10 years before it’s came back.
