Feeling frustrated and worried can't sleep now 
.. tumor in rectum low, was told last Wednesday they would know results then told it would be this Wednesday just been called today that waiting for the rubber stamp and it'll be next Wednesday now in the meeting. the nurse first said 2.5 tumor no spread so it will be chemo and radiotherapy. Now it's a 4cm no spread they are saying Radiotherapy but he then said don't quote me the surgeon may think differently wait till next Wednesday. Apparently just waiting for results of biopsy. Is this normal? Thanks
Feeling so nervous now this is so confusing. So sore with prolapsed bowel. Any ideas and experiences would be really appreciated x

It’s a very frightening time when told sized and spread or no spread
I personally wanted it out with whatever they had.
Your team will come up with your individual treatment plan for the best outcome. I was straight to theatre as I was blocking. I was told chemo or radiotherapy wasn’t an option because of where it was. However I may have chemo afterWhich hasn’t happened yet
They also check everything, after my colonoscopy I had an endoscopy with ultra sound images and measurements they’re so thorough.
When you have your appointment with the consultant they will explain everything
