Sorry I’m not much help with the ESR I looked it up and think it’s possible for both. The issue with Long Covids it’s new to us all and it seems to cause problems in all kinds of ways.
My son works in a hospital and they’re still learning.  
I want to say hello and wish you all the best with the results. Keep us posted

I hope it’s LC too  but then it’s a rock and a hard place  

Hopefully they’ll have a treatment plan or explanation of what’s going on
