    Oh no slight bleeding again

  • Lots of people have slight bleeding . Hopefully as the tumour resolves with chemo it will sort it out . Always pass information like this to your team .

Did you get your medicines now . I am sure this is just a blip as you did not get them at a time when you needed them .

I will resurrect our wee chat thread .

You are make good progress .

  • There are other treatments like Immunotherapy and biological agents they can use too ! Bowel cancer is quite fortunate in that regards .

    Good news on the liver/lungs front . That’s a relief !

Seems like a lot of bother did anyone else have this trouble

  • Do you think they are considering radiotherapy ? Or surgery maybe ?
It is really taking a long time although they have been trying to address the other issues I guess.

They told me in the beggining that I couldn't have surgery only chemo for now until it shrank down

  • I don’t think you are being pushy . I think it’s fine to say you are having concerns about the implications of not starting treatment , whilst you understand there are other issues you would like to know the plan now and have information on the proposed timescales and treatment . Write it down and hand it in if you find it too challenging on the day .

Tell them it’s affecting your mental well being now .

If that does not ease your mind you can still have a second opinion at any time . You can also get PALs to assist you if you are no further forward .

    Take care ,
