Hi I was diagnosed with stage four bowel and liver cancer in October 2020, this time my now ex wife didn’t look after me, care for me or even help me in anyway! we are now divorced I have five children and four grandchildren I’m still only 48 years old. I need to try and get some help with the house that we used to own together she still lives in the house. I paid all of the mortgage every single penny obviously I can’t work now which helped her with the separation. she has all the furniture and still lives there. I have to rent.
obviously I can’t work at the moment and can’t afford full legal advice. Can I actually get help with trying to get her to sell the hom? they’re not children involved she lives there not sure how she’ can afford in the mortgage or anything like that she has all of the furniture as I’ve already said and I have no money now please can anybody help me?
not sure if this is something that I can put on the site but I’m really stuck and any advice woujd be welcome. I have no relationship with her and she won’t play ball. The house unfortunately was in her name before we married. I have registered with land registry
