So my mom has received a text to say she is booked in for her op on the 4th.
Firstly should she also be having a consultation before having the op to discuss the ct scan.
Also how long will she be in hospital?

There’s lots of different types for where the cancer is and there will be someone here to advice you

She will have a consultation before the operation with everything explained from results to treatment. It’s easier to manage when you know what the treatment plan is. There will be a pre op also and possibly a Covid test It will depend on the best for her.
