Evnin
Eight weeks now since 25 sessions of Radiotherapy and Chemo (Capecitamine) and due Scans in two weeks before surgery.
Last couple of weeks I have found my temperature keeps cropping up towards 37.5 and then will drop down to normal again after a few hours. Usually accompanied by cold hands and feeling tired.
HAd a blood test recently and the white blood cells are still not normal but getting there and all covid lateral flows are negative.
Just wondeirng if anyone else has had similar. Talking to my GP again next week
Thanks
Hi MinionKev
I think the nurses on the helpline might have some advice on that . 0808 808 0000 if you want to give them a call . They have a lot of experience in these sort of issues .
Interestingly enough I found myself amazed at the differences in temperature in myself and family . A shop near us has installed a temperature control due to covid . I am always two points higher than my husband yet I dropped two yesterday !
Given you are also feeling a bit cold it might be worthwhile seeing if there is something underlying.
Take care ,
Court
