Thank you for posting this, I hadn't seen it before. I've recently had an enema to check the bowel join is robust, which it is, so just waiting for a date for the reversal operation now. I'm not in any great rush as I understand the first few weeks/months will be tricky to say the least and probably back to boring food again! I've come across a few post re stoma reversal and have been doing my sphincter exercises so
