So results today, and ithe tumour is squamous. I think that's good on the whole, as it is very treatable. I'll have radiochemotherapy and apparently it's likely to respond well. If it does, I won't need surgery. I've looked up squamous and there are very few posts! So just as the related diabetes is known but not common, this type is less common too.
Do let me now if anyone has experience of it!
You will be glad to get that appointment over with and as you say I think the squamous cell is in the rarer side too! You are unique for sure but glad it’s easier to treat !
The odd person has come through with it and I think quite recently as I remember going back and having another look at the research side ! Hopefully they will pop on .
Is it more common in anal cancers ? You might be able to get some information from that forum !
