Hello hope everyone is well I had lar surgery on the 9th July now I've got really bad bum paine just carnt shift it on regular paracetamol and morphine any suggestions on how to deal with it stay safe and well helen
I used paracetamol 1000mg 4 times a day and Tramadol 100mg 4 times a day. I also used topical anaesthesia like Anbesol. It gradually got better and started to go during round 2 of chemo. I'm 12 weeks post op and the pain has gone. You have my complete sympathy it was awful at the beginning and there seemed so little info about it . Just take pain killers regularly. I was told it is better to stop pain coming back than to get rid of it once it was there. Also rest as much as you can because gravity seems to make it worse but try and distract yourself reading or watching tv
