Hi. I am post TURBT and awaiting the start of BCG in two weeks time. It’s Saturday evening so I can’t phone my GP until morning but …………#%* is it my GP I contact or do I contact my Urology Specialist Nurse if I think I have a UTI.
Earlier this evening I went to lie down as I felt a bit under the weather. Nothing very major. I am awake and up now but I think I possibly have have a UTI. Symptoms are Itching, burning, sweating all over and generally feeling a bit run down.
Hello Kenzie, as Leo said, try to get a medical opinion by using any contact number you have been given. It can be tricky during weekday working hours let alone weekends. Failing that, dial 111 for advice or, if you are able to visit A&E do so. It is wise to contact someone when experiencing what sounds like a raised temperature together with the other symptoms. Are you with anyone who can keep an eye on you or perhaps assist with trying to contact the medical services? Best wishes. I hope you can get advice or help so that you feel better soon. Ray xx
