Hi
New to this forum - had bladder cancer diagnosed in Aug ‘23 with a Turbt in Sept - all went well and I’ve been have 3 monthly then 6 monthly cystoscopy- my flexi last week showed up a new small tumour so now waiting for repeat CT scans and have been offered an ablation to remove tumour - feeling a bit down in the dumps
Hi Teaforme and welcome to this friendly and supportive group. Sorry to hear they have discovered a new growth, but unfortunately we know this is quite common although still disappointing. The positive to focus on is that things appear to have been caught early because of the laser ablation rather than a full blown TURBT. Not had this procedure myself but others have and should be along to help. Best wishes.
