Good morning everyone
I had my first session of Gem/Cis yesterday. It was a long day. The staff on the word were excellent ready to answer any questions about medication or queries in general.
I felt fine last night but took a while to sleep although I put this down to me waiting on something to happen. This morning I feel ok, took my medication and am planning to go for a walk soon once the Ice melts.
Next session is on Thursday, it's a shorter though.
