  • I have recorded each bit and bcg reactions in my profile Nigel if you click on my name. I found it useful to do just to track any new reactions and give me something to focus on . The fatigue surprised me , but alot have that reaction and because it was expected , I  just treated it as an endurance test lol ! I have done well so far , had 10 in total and no cancer recurrance and I had a high risk tumour T1G3 with CIS . So I am well chuffed its working for me up to now . I am mentally in a different place now, more optimistic and calmer. I still have anxious times and what ifs , but i am managing them better. Learning to be kinder to myself Nigel. All the best to you

    Much love Angela x

  • Hi Nigel

I'm so happy and relieved for you Blush

The end of July will be here so fast, you will have had the first BCG before you can blink. I was worried about how fast the tumours grow too, but my surgeon told me that even the aggressive fast growing ones grow at about 1cm per year!! So please let your mind relax a bit now.

    Love Ade xx

  • Thanks again Angela and Ade, great information for me and everyone.

    im winding down now.

  • Great news, the second good news post I have read tonight, brilliant, raising my cup of tea to you Nigel, as it's a week night or it would be a glass of wine, all the best, keep smiling.

  • I so agree with you Angela, you know I was same diagnosis as you and been so happy when getting good news. I think we all have the anxious times but glad you are feeling good and calmer x

  • Nigel ace work by you and the team. Onwards and upwards. Can you remind me why they biopsies you, can’t find your original post. Cheers

  • Thanks Bumblebee and Leo

Leo, the TURBT2 was to see if they didn’t miss anything from TURBT 1. Which they didn’t.

im ready to start BCG treatment now.
