Hi, am new on Forum. 70 year old lady and have had 4 episodes of very tiny growths. Just had my 2nd TULA treatment in 2 yrs and Doc wants me to now have (I think) Methatrexate 6 wk course. Has anyone had this and what are side effects and more importantly, does it work?

  • Hi  and welcome to the group. Sorry to hear you have had some minor recurrences but good to know they have been dealt with. Methotrexate is something that doesn't really come up on here. I believe it is part of MVAC treatment but doing some searches in the group, there is little information on it. I hope someone with experience of it comes along. Best wishes.

    Best wishes to All,   rily.

    Welcome to the group.

Ive not come across this before,  but i have looked on the NHS website and found a leaflet about it which may give you some information. Hope this helps. Alternatively, try contacting your CNS or GP.
