Hi Johnspo and welcome to the group. Can we assume you have had a TURBT procedure to get to your diagnosis. The usual initial treatment for your diagnosis would be a course of BCG . Not everyone is the same though and treatments are tailored to the individual. Best wishes.

If low grade, I would have thought not even BCG - just surveillance. BC is highly recurrent, so it may well pop up again & need another TURBT each time. High grade does need more aggressive treatment to deter recurrence/progression. Best wishes.
