I had TURBT on 4th October 2022.
Diagnosis, bladder cancer stage T2 G3.
I started Chemotherapy, cisplatin & Gemcitabine on 16th December .
That was stoped after one session as white blood cell count is too low.
It is now 14th January , white blood cells have not recovered.
Is this normal.?
Hello Helpet and welcome to the group. This seems an awful long time. Chemo delays are usually just a week or so. I had two delays of one week. Where bloods have not recovered naturally, they sometimes medicate to help things along. I would give them a ring to see what is going on. Best wishes.
