Bladder cancer

Hi Ellibelli2 and welcome to the group. I did not have BCG, but know it can cause all manner of side effects, including urgency to go. Have you been assigned a dedicated CNS (Cancer/Clinical nurse specialist) who may be able to advise. Hopefully someone with experience of this will be along to offer some suggestions. Best wishes.

This applies to my OH, recommendation from here for Age Uk incontinence product trading arm is excellent. Very affordable; local NHS service here only offer stupid baggy pants you wash, this is a postcode lottery as my Mum used to get a box of disposable pants delivered every month free.

Hi Elibelli2, I’m at present on number4 of my 6 week Bcg installation.I am , like you ok through the day but I do get up a couple of times through the night , not as urgent as you describe but we are all different and I believe that we all have different side effects so if you are concerned have a word with your nurse to see if they can help , best wishes Nelbell
