bladder removal

Do you think they will still do the bladder removal when they get the ct with contrast scans back I just got the kidney count back and it has gone from 58 in April to 28 last week. The tumer is at the bottom of my right ureter and probably that's why the count has gone down because the urine is not coming out as good as it should Regards from Ronnie

I had the tumour in the same place and op went ahead. Most of it was removed in the Turb. I'm no expert, but the op will releave the flow of urine, so I expect it will go ahead.

Hi Ronnnie’My tumour wasn’t in the same place as yours but it was causing an obstruction and the op went ahead.Fingers crossed for yours.Best wishes Jane 

I am just worried if they deside not to do the op what they are going to do for me as i cant have any more therapy of any kind.

Did you have the ct scans with contrast before the op

I had a scan but not with contrast as had a bad allergic reaction to it in the past.

Hello again another question. My lovely wife is very worried about me eating after the op as she has read that the bowls are not up to scratch because of them taking part of the small intestine. She is also worried that i will have a lot of pain when i get home . Can you shed any light on that for me.
