Hi, I'm 9 weeks in & get some pains , maybe that's normal? Had a little bleed on my stoma when changing tonight, so that may be the reason. Of it don't settle I would seek your docs advice x

A bit of blood is normal I get it also I had my stoma done last July .and still a bit. Sore after a days work but other than that I manage ok .just take your time healing plenty of rest you’ll need it I  know I needed it

Thanks Rachel I will have a chat with the stoma nurse. 
You will experience some pains off and on, it’s just your insides all settling down and they will stop, it quite normal.
