Hi Grenglish, if you are being treated at Guys does this mean by any chance you're a south Londoner? I lived in Camberwell then Denmark Hill oh so many years ago but still have fond memories and two couples of friends thereabouts.

I am a south Londoner! I live in East Dulwich, which is very easy for Guy's.

My late father came from Dulwich.I had relatives in that area until a few years ago when dad’s cousin moved down to Dorset.My grandparents met when their respective families were living in the same road.I am a keen genealogist so it’s been fascinating to learn more about my fathers side of the family as he died young and his mother died in 1965 and his father 10 years later.Best wishes Jane
