Hi, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer on 29/09/2021, I was very poorly with kidney failure so couldn't have GA, on the 10/11/2021 I had TURBT, two days later I got an appointment for 17/11/2021 to see an oncologist, is this normal as I have not yet had the results of the TURBT.
Hi and welcome to the group. Normally you would get TURBT results from your urologist, but try not to read too much in to an oncology appointment. Different departments tend to act independently and send out their own appointments. Your oncologist should be able to give you more information of the next steps for you. Once you get your results and a treatment plan, there is a lot of experience here to help support you going forward. Best wishes.
