I am having a lovely day, thank you, even though I’m cleaning the house  - it’s v sunny and finally warm here in London. Nx

Since having cancer I have cake when I fancy it - walking it off is worth it xx

so today i have made a beef curry for dinner and pudding will be vanilla slice haha, odd combination but i am determined to eat one today . Will be walking tomorrow , that is a good shout Latestart, reduces the guilt xx

And last night we went to our favourite local Indian restaurant - been going there 40 years. In the last 10 they have gone for less oily food and a bit more of a new cuisine take so even better than before - always full of Indian families too - many coming to discuss catering for the next wedding.

As always, we had naan (without butter) with onion bhaji to start. Then lamb rogan gosh with plain rice for me and vegetable biriyani for husband. Fizzy water to drink aids digestion.

The remainder is in the fridge so maybe we'll have it tonight or tomorrow. No particular music. And cake was eaten with coffee eallier.

It's not been bad felt cream crackered yesterday and kept dozing off on settee, joys of working nights sometimes. Pretty much the same last night not slept til late, got up late but I've been out and cleaned the car again in the sun.

Oh that sounds fab an afternoon tea. I bet you just feel so relieved. So pleased. I have had a horrible virus, really coughing and bringing up yuk, I have had to take time off work and sleep lots. I do so hate getting unwell, it doesn't happen often. Had GP check my chest he says it's OK. Got to go back to work today, on days like this wish I could retire. Still got to get better soon, it's been two weeks. Anyway continue to celebrate my love and good luck for your next round of Bcg, got mine in April. Take care for now xxxx
