Hi All, just needing to vent really. My lovely 4 days in berlin, left me in bed for 5 days on return and feel like i have taken a step back with my long covid!! I have to have more blood tests for my liver ! I had an ultra sound recently due to slightly elevated liver enzymes. US showed a “ bit of fatty liver “ nothing to worry about I was told. My GO has since asked for tests for Hep B Hep C auto immune liver disease ! I know I should be grateful for her diligence but i just need a break. I am on my way to pelvic physio which should have happened 4 years ago, to be poked and prodded intimately again, its just too much at times. Sorry for the rant , I could just cry right now
Thanks Hopeful786, just a few steps back. I will start again tomorrow. Best wishes to you
Much love Angela x
That’s not a rant, it’s a completely understandable venting of your frustration. You’re such a kind person to everyone else on here and I can see that everyone is wanting to repay that kindness and is rooting for you. It seems like you’ve already come through so much, and it’s not fair that some people just seem to get tested more and more, but you’ve already come so far and done so well. You’ve got this, and you’ve got everyone here with you. Take care.

Thankyou Matt,
Your kind words brought tears that have been hanging around all day. I honestly dont know how i would have got through the last 15months without all of you. You are all very special people helping each other to navigate this really challenging time. I am truly grateful. My very best wishes to you Matt
Much love Angela x
Angela, I’m so sorry you’re having a rough time at the moment. And you’re not venting you’re just reaching out as we all do, you are normally one of the first to respond and you certainly put my mind at rest when I reach out. Nothing wrong with a good cry also.. we wouldn’t be human if we didn’t get emotional every now and again. I hope the rest of this evening gets better for you…
you’re much loved on here.
positive happy thoughts to you.
Nigel
Funny you should ask Angela, tonight I made a training plan… I’m gonna just walk for a few weeks while I’m having my BCG treatment, then I’m going to do a 0-30 minute training plan. I’m excited by it all…although I did try my MacMillan training top on and it won’t go over my belly…ha ha ha .. but really looking forward to getting fit again. Slow and steady is my only option…
Big hugs Nigel
