Ultra Sound/ Biopsy of Bile Duct and Liver

You bet. Much frustration along the way. Worst being you can have these drugs but not for 4 weeks

It's amazing you can still find humour....I hope you soon have the results and they can put a treatment plan in place. 

Have they definitely ruled out surgery?

It's the smile and humour that keeps us going, now refer to it as a Beastie!!! 

Re surgery, the gastro cancer nurse did point out that no surgery due to the placing of it in the bile duct. So she did indicate chemo, which hopefully will shrink the Beastie. Oh to keep you tuned in I'm 83, what an age to discover this prob!!

Well you sound as if you are up to fight that Beastie! 

I've everything crossed for your speedy treatment plan.  I hope you are at a specialist hospital, if not you can ask to be referred for a second opinion.  

My husband was operated on a year ago and he's 77 now with a positive attitude too.
