Oh God! Today we have been told that my wife is moving from treatment to end of life care and will be moving to the hospice in the morning.
Its only just over 10 weeks since diagnosis.
She's 44
We have 2 kids aged 9 and 7 who we're going to have to tell
It's still officially Cancer of Unknown Primary, but likely from the bile duct and seems to have taken the Macmillan nurses and the oncologist by surprise as to how aggressive it is.
It's going to be a tough period.
I am so very sorry. It has been too sudden for you to process. My thoughts are with you all. Accept all the help available. The hospice will help get your children and you through this. Your hearts will be broken and your lovely wife’s in turmoil - let the hospice help you all. Sending you love and good wishes JaneyC x
