Hi everyone! I have been MIA for a while but thinking about all of you. I hope pintsizeprincess’ mum is doing better.
I had another biopsy. The cancer spread to one lymph node in my chest but it was enough to put me at a stage 4. I will have chemo 3x a month for 6 months, but for now no radiation. I was terrified of getting radiation. I will start with my treatments tomorrow, and I will be thinking about all of you. Time to get the party started
Hello LaLaJ
I really am so sorry to hear this. I, too was stage IV at diagnosis and had six months systemic chemo first, so I have been on the same path. I tolerated this chemo very well, and am happy to share any information. As you start tomorrow be prepared for the anti-sickness steroids to affect your sleep, I used to be up doing ironing at 2am in the morning!
Thinking of you tomorrow, please let us know how you get on
Big hug
Irene xx
