Hi, new to this , hope I’m doing this right. I’ve just been diagnosed and was so relieved when told it hadn’t spread anywhere, and told would have chemo and radiotherapy . 95% survival rate. Saw oncologist who has said because I hadn’t scan when I went to A&E and showed something minor around my heart .. calcification or sonethig. I can’t have chemo. Going to have increased strength radiotherapy . And complete outcome 50%-65% outcome . I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom again. Thought I was handling it ok but this has knocked me back, first time he even mentioned surgery if this doesn’t clear it. Has anyone had just radiotherapy and outcome . Thanks
