Hi ALEXbukaf4650d , I know very little about brachytherapy (brachy-radiotherapy) in the case of treatment for anal cancer, I watched a programme once about the treatment of prostrate cancer with this but unfortunately that’s as far as my knowledge on this treatment goes.

I did a quick Google search and apparently brachytherapy can be used for recurrent anal cancer.  But I have never heard of anyone here on the forum having it so can't remember any posts about others' experiences at all.

Sorry I can't help, perhaps your consultant can give more answers.
