Waiting

Welcome to the group Malk. You have come to the right place for lots of tips and support. I hope your appointment goes well on the 9th. It is a pretty scary time of not knowing what stage you are at or if it has spread. I was stage 2 with no spread but they still treated my lymph nodes alongside the anal tumour as standard. Obviously you will be having a CT scan and probably a PET scan to establish a definitive diagnosis. I hope all goes well and let us know how you get on.

Hi Malk welcome to the forum. Like Jaycee12 said you will get lots of support and tips for dealing with treatment and all the feels that come with it all of which are totally normal. I've just finished week 1 of treatment 4.5 to go. Easier said than done I know but try and keep busy with things you enjoy to take your mind of it. Sending hugs. X

Hi ive had all these...ct ..mri...pet scan being Wednesday just gone  ....jus waitin for the meeting now...shitin myself a little...

I know it is awful waiting for results of scans but it sounds like the cancer department you are with are really on the ball and aren't keeping you waiting longer than necessary.
