Anal dilation under anaesthetic

Hi Colly I’m afraid I don’t have any personal experience of this and can’t recall any recent postings about this subject. Hopefully someone who has experience of this will see your post and reply. Bev. 

Hi Colly, 

My surgeon mentioned this once when I asked about stenosis, he said ‘there are things that can be done should the stenosis become an issue’ then went on to tell me about the dilation under anaesthetic but said that it wasn’t without its risks, thankfully I’ve not had to consider it any further. Hopefully if there’s someone here that has more experience of this they’ll see your post & respond.
