I hope everyone is having a good day. I have noticed every time I have oxygen therapy either via mask or nasal cannula afterwards I get a really tickly and irritable mouth and throat. This causes me to cough a lot. Has anyone had this and then found a thing that helps at all?

Over my years of treatment and post treatment issues like infections I have spent weeks on nasal oxygen.
It is very important to remain very well hydrated so drinking water regularly and I was given a water based saline spray to use regularly.
